1. RETURN ORDER TO STORE
We accept returns if your item has unstated defects and damages, within 14 days from the date you received the item. We also accept exchanges for sneakers and accessories, for example, if you ordered the wrong size or colour.
We recommend that you ship the item within 7 days after the date you received them, to ensure it arrives at our location within 14 days. To make a return, simply go to “Return Request” on our website and fill in the form with the required details.

2. AUTHENTICITY OF ITEMS
Ou items are authentic and sold in brand new condition. Please check our Authenticity Guarantee page for more information
We currently deliver sneakers within 3-5 working days and all accessories are delivered within 2-3 working days.
In few occasions, we acquire items from partner stores or individual sellers and collectors. We therefore, need to authenticate and double-check each item to make sure you receive the best quality and authentic item. In this case delivery may take 7-14 working days. We shall notify you as soon as possible in case there are such delays with your order.
We however, work very hard to ensure you get your items as soon as possible! You may receive your items much sooner than that

4. ORDER AND TRACKING
If you have received a dispatch email from us, you can track your order through the “Track Your Order” page on our website or through your dispatch email.
We only delivery goods to the address provided when you check out. If you made a mistake with your shipping details, please contact our customer services team immediately at email@example.com or through the “contact us” page. Please include your order number.
Once the items have been dispatched, we will be unable to change shipping details.
5. HOW TO SHOP, PLACE AN ORDER AND PAYMENTS
We accept all major credit cards (including PayPal) on our website.

6. CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
You may be required to pay customs and import duties, if you are located outside the UK.
We will make efforts to notify you if you require to pay additional customs fees at check out, where you may be able to pay and we shall handle them for you. We, however, have no control over these charges and cannot advise on their amount either.
